Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Local Chapter 1088 Monthly Meeting Scheduled for Saturday, September 16Contact: Larry HauptriefPhone: 512.663-7482EAA Local Chapter 1088 monthly meeting will be held at TacAero Maintenance Hangar at Gillespie County Airport. North end of Runway.Coffee and pancakes start at 8:00 am and the business meeting will begin at 8:30.Members, non-members, pilots, non-pilots, and aviation enthusiasts are welcome. Topic for meeting is Aviation Fuel Changes Ethan Crane and his wife, Ashley, own and operate Fredericksburg FBO. Ethan has had a fascination with aviation and flight since early childhood. At age 16, he earned his private pilots license and went on to attend TSTC in Waco to pursue a career in aviation. He was a flight instructor for 6 years in College Station, TX which he loved doing. He also completed his Bachelors of Science in Aviation during this time. He went on to fly corporate aircraft, including King Airs & other piston aircraft, for 4 years. During this time, he got to know David & Beverly Smith and the opportunity arose to move his family to Fredericksburg to be a part of the FBO.
