Members, non-members, pilots, non-pilots, and aviation enthusiasts are welcome. Join us for a riveting conversation about the AOPA Airport Support Network. This is a unique chance to interact directly with Airport Support Network volunteers Spike Cutler, volunteer at T82, and Keith Craig, volunteer at KADS. Pressure on public and privately owned airports continues to mount. This pressure takes many forms, including curfews, noise restrictions, lack of improvements, residential encroachment, and even calls to close the airport. The AOPA Airport Support Network provides the vehicle for AOPA members to work in conjunction with AOPA staff to preserve and protect airports across the United States. Our goal is to have an Airport Support Network (ASN) Volunteer at every public use airport in the United States.ADN Volunteers:-Engage with airport management and local elected officials-Promote the airports value in the Community -Protect Americas Community Airports Donations for breakfast help cover the cost of food.
