Crew Resource Management (CRM) in air medical operations can be challenging when integrating non-aviation personnel. This session will explore approaches to promoting crew resiliency for pilots of any tenure who may be unfamiliar with air medical services. It will also provide some specific examples of some of the scenarios where an air ambulance is needed. This course is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2024. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2024 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2024 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2024 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge.
