An interactive session that navigates the participants though development, implementation and commissioning Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP), and the (4) areas of required instrument procedure maintenance. We will explore the certification of a heliport/vertiport for COPTER IFR procedures, examining requirements and mitigation to facilitate dependable all-weather day/night operations with an improved level of safety. This presentation is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2024. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2024 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2024 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2024 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge.
