Achieving, perfecting, and continuing proficiency as an IFR pilot Speaker Bio: Joe Standley is a full-time instructor/flight school owner with over 10,000 hours of dual instruction given with experience in various types of planes and equipment. He always gives his students 100% and continues to find ways to improve their training experience to make them the best pilots they can be. Joe has created his own training outline with links to study material and training videos to help students be prepared for each lesson. He has also been listed in AOPA's top 10 instructors in the region seven years in a row. He feels that it is important to share his years of experience when training and do the best he can because he wants to be sure that every pilot he creates will be the best pilot they can be. This is a two hour event.
