Fly in or Drive in, we welcome you to share your favorite chili recipe or covered dish (optional, not mandatory). Experience Grassroots Aviation when tail wheels were king. 3000 x 100 firm grass runway. Festivities begin around 10 AM and go until 2 PM. Enjoy aviation camaraderie and discover what everybodys been working on all winter. Tour the Air Museum, hangars, DC-3 & An-2. General Public Invited! No Admission or Parking charge. Pilots: As always, keep an eye out for no-radio aircraft. Winds permitting, Runway 02 is the preferred arrival approach on event days, if not we have widened the west side Back Taxi lane. Check for VIP TFRs We do have a Cut-Out from the south if there is a TFR.
