An interactive workshop to discuss performance standards for flight students and how to set that baseline for primary students. We'll compare teaching standards with that of the ACS and PTS and re-address the commercial certification standards. And certainly, we will review common mistakes during the checkride, talk to some critical focus areas, and look into that "Energy Management" concept.
