Special Emphasis Webinars for CFI's! This Installment: New Initiatives in Testing Standardization! This installment will explore a variety of initiatives around the country to standardize the way practical tests are conducted. The goal is to develop a set of testing protocols and methods that are procedurally standardized, with variations as appropriate to avoid memorization of any test. This multi-district initiative is in its formative stages; DPE's and career-oriented CFI's will see the value of what is under development. Prepare to bring your observations and concerns to the discussion! Mark Ducorsky and Jason Blair are established and well-respected Designated Pilot Examiners and public speakers in the Orlando and Detroit districts, respectively. Ducorsky was the 2016 Regional CFI of the Year and the 2017 National FAASTeam Rep of the Year. Jason Blair is an active aviation author and publisher. He was the Michigan 2016 CFI of the Year.
