An Open Discussion With CFI's and DPE's Managed by the Harrisburg FSDO We will review Harrisburg FSDO accident/incidents that took place since our last meeting and we ll look at a PowerPoint presentation titled Introduction to Teaching Human Factors and Safety Culture . Flight Instructors, Ground Instructors, Designated Pilot Examiners, FAASTeam Representatives, Instructors in training any anyone interested are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please join us as we discuss strategies to enhance safety and pass the invitation on to your fellow instructor.
