FAASTeam Representative Bill Hopper will provide a deeper look into carburetor icing. Power setting, relative humidity, and outside air temperature are all factors when it comes to carburetor ice development. Knowing when carburetor ice is likely to develop will help you to prevent it from forming in the first place. It is much safer to prevent the ice from forming than trying to get rid of it.
