Kicking off at 8:30AM with a general session on mental health. After the general session, our employees will be split into three groups, rotating around three 40-minute sessions on various topics relating to aviation safety. The topics for the employee stand down include: Mental Health & Aviation Flight Data Monitoring Incident/Accident Data and Accident Scenario Checklist/SOP/FOM Conformance Our maintenance employees will break out and will be discussing maintenance documentation and forms.
