This session explores the regulatory responsibilities involved in creating and maintaining maintenance records. It will help participants limit record-keeping mistakes as well as understand: The regulatory responsibilities of the operator versus the maintenance provider in creating and maintaining maintenance records How obligations can be shifted by contract but not under aviation safety regulations Maintenance record-keeping regulations and the documents essential to making airworthiness determinations The differences between aviation safety requirements and contractual obligations The general rules associated with recording maintenance and inspection actions. This course is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2023. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2023 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2023 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2023 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge. Take the Safety Challenge in three simple steps: 1. Select safety sessions to attend from the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge Schedule.
