The Tacoma Narrows Airport Day is a free, family-friendly event offering a rare opportunity to get up close to the operations and activities at the Tacoma Narrows Airport in Gig Harbor. This event is hosted by Pierce County Planning & Public Works. This is Not an AirshowThe airport will be open for normal aircraft operations during the event. While this event is not an airshow and there will not be any aerobatic demonstrations, you may see increased air traffic, hear additional air traffic noise, and experience busier road traffic throughout the day around the airport.
