Objective of The Memphis IMC Club is to help each of us become a safer and more competent instrument pilot. The Tuesday, November 8th, 7PM CST meeting, via Zoom, will focus on weather. Here's the flight plan:Exercise - Cold Weather Operations. Are you ready for winter?Scenario - Crystal Ball for the Windy City. Each of use wishes for a crystal ball that will reveal the exact weather three days into the future. How do we utilize the tools to predict flight conditions when our choices have repercussions for everybody?Discussion - Strategies for Dealing with Ice. We will review recent crashes, and discuss strategies to evaluate and mitigate the risks associated with icing. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES AND STRATEGIES!FAASTeam WINGS Credit will be available.
